If your Chromebook has limited storage, you can install an SD card with enough storage to supplement the built in storage and move apps there.

Please note, not all Chromebooks can run Windows 10, if it has an Intel processor, it has a possible chance.

If the processor in your Asus from nVidia or another brand, it will not run Windows 10.

Some Chromebooks support offline apps, which might include Google Docs.

An alternative is to use the free Office Online Web Apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. This requires and active Internet connection though.

If you need offline support, you might want to consider the option Dave linked to or switch to a Windows based notebook that can run desktop apps.
