Windows Hello Face

I have just got a new HP computer (HP envy X360) I have wanted to try the new windows hello face feature, but the settings say that it cannot find a  compatible camera.

I have tried using the HP support assistant but it doesn't work. Please help.

    No, below is the spec sheet for that Model No. it does not list an IR webcam, it lists a HP Wide Vision HD Camera with camera shutter and integrated dual array digital microphone and on the Support page, there is no driver listed for an IR webcam:

    Windows 10 Hello Facial Recognition is more secure than most Facial Recognition Technologies, it requires a webcam that supports IR (Infrared) or 3D technology

    If you are seeing that message your model of laptop most likely does not have an IR webcam, there is a lot of different HP Envy 360 models, please check the specifications of your model No. (printed on a sticker on the bottom casing) and see if that has an IR webcam . . .

    OK just disabled my docking station. It says the model is HP envy x360 15m-ee0013dx

    Is this model enabled with a IR camera?
