- Uninstall the graphics driver.
Press Windows key + X
Then select Device Manager
Expand Display Adapter
the Right-click on your Graphics Card
then Select Uninstall.
Once Done
Restart your PC
Once booted Check for Windows Updates to reinstall the latest Graphics driver.
- Manually Install the Graphics Driver.
Download the latest Graphics driver from the Manufacturer's site then Install.
- Clean install the Graphics driver using DDU.

Run the application from Safe mode.

Select Clean and restart
Once the drivers are uninstalled
Install the latest Graphics Card driver
- Perform a repair upgrade
Download the Media creation tool here.
This will upgrade and repair your system without losing your files and apps.

Then choose "ISO"
Once it is downloaded click or open the file using the windows explorer
Then open or click "setup" to run.
