I would suggest you refer to the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
- Right-click the Speaker icon on the right side corner of the taskbar.
- Click on Open sound settings.
- On the right side corner, click the Sound Control Panel.
- Double-click the Speakers.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Untick the Allow application to take exclusive control of this device checkbox.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Click on the Recording tab.
- Double-click Microphone.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Untick the Allow application to take exclusive control of this device checkbox.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Click the Communications tab.
- Select Do nothing.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Safely restart the PC.

If the steps above do not work.
- Press the Windows key and type System Information and press enter.
- Copy the System Manufacturer and System Models details.
