Your last response is not clear. Are you saying you can now get into Windows? If you can, consider backing up your personal data and performing a reset or reinstall of the operating system.

2020-10-18T19:35:26+00:00 Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Microsoft Windows Certified Professional and Systems Administrator. I'll be happy to help you out today.
Have you tried the Reset option?
Also take a stab at going into Command Prompt. From there, run these commands:
sfc /scanow chkdsk /rWhen done, restart.
Additionally, if you have access to another computer (or already have install media), you can reinstall Windows 10. To create Windows 10 installation boot media, see this Microsoft article: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo.... You can then configure the problem computer to boot from the USB media by configuring the BIOS to move the USB device to the tp in the boot order. Note, this option will wipe the drive, so if you need to backup data, you will need to use Command Prompt to run xcopy command to copy data from the user profile to an externally attached drive.
