I'm a Microsoft Windows expert and a Microsoft Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

There are ways to access command prompt you may follow the steps below:

    1. Press Windows key + R then type in cmd the hit OK or if you want command prompt with admin:

-Press CTRL+Shift+Esc then click file> Run new task> type cmd> check for "create this task with administrative privileges" then hit OK.

    1. Press Windows key + X Look for Command prompt, if you don't see it go for 3rd option.
    2. Press Windows key + X Click Windows Powershell (admin) then on powershell type cmd then hit OK then it will function as CMD.

Let me know how does it goes and I hope that helps.

Start > Windows Powershell > Windows Powershell

Powershell is the successor to the old command prompt.
