Hi Mary
I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .
Below is the support page for your laptop on the HP website, expand the network section, there you will find 2 Bluetooth drivers, one is Broadcom and the other is Realtek, one of those will be compatible with your laptop, install that driver to enable Bluetooth on your laptop . . .

Hello Dave,
Thank you for the suggestion. I did download and install the Broadcom driver as the other realtek drivers were not installing.
After finishing the installation, I restarted the PC but I am still unable to use bluetooth and it is still not visible in device drivers.
Thank you.
Hi Mary
Open Device Manager again, then click View - Show Hidden Devices
Does that Bluetooth device then show?
If so, right click that and choose Uninstall, then restart (not shut down) your PC . . .
I did checked in the hidden devices as well. It's still not visible
