i wanted to download SubInACL but i can't find it in the official microsoft download center.

Hello i need to use  SubInACL for modify the permissions on certain windows services without using GPO (cause we are moving offline from Active Directory, is there a way to get it?, would microsoft recommend a different tool for this task?.

    Hi Victor, from what I think is that subinacl was not updated because the built-in icacls should do much of what it used to do and for another option you might want to check it with our neighbor forum and links will be below.

    There will be IT Pros/System Admins/Server Admins/AD Admins who are available that will be able to fulfill your query.

    but theres have to be a reason why microsoft took it out and that's what  i want to know if they recommend using it or theres another option for it. (Thank you for your help either way)
