I would suggest you refer to the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
Resetting the Snip & Sketch app.
- Right-click Start Menu and select Settings.
- Navigate to Apps > Apps & features.
- Search Snip & Sketch.
- Select and click Advanced options.
- Click the Reset button and then the following reset button again.
If resetting the app does not resolve the issue. I would suggest re-register Snip & Sketch using the command prompt.
- Press the Start Menu key and type CMD, right-click, and click Run as administrator.
- Copy-paste the following command below and press enter.
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.ScreenSketch*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
