Forced Windows updates - ridiculous

PERMANENTLY - FOREVER, UNTIL THE END OF TIMES, NEVER AGAIN, FOR ETERNITY, INDEFINITELY...

I am not interested in a temporary fix and I realize it is not currently possible to turn them off like one would turn off a PC itself, by choice, and turn it on again if one so chooses. Which is why I didn't ask for any instructions but for whatever irrational reasons there are from keeping us to choose for ourselves regarding our own property & to see if some sort of a petition would be of interest to people because I've seen many people complaining about the exact same problems I've had since March and thousands of disgruntled customers with problems of lesser extent or just desire to chooooooooseeeeeeeee

Microsoft is too large to be concerned with the peon or the individual living a lower middle class life.  You think they can stop saving the world and fix the system to not make you have to buy a new pc every other few years??  They do this ship on per-puss.  If you switch to apple or linux you will be doing them a favor.  Microsoft doesnt care about anyone users pc, but they sure know how to open up a save the world foundation and really, they are responsible for all the problems you encounter while running windows, but the user agreement that you agree to waives all your rights to pursue them in court.  They are laughing at all us sheep out there, buy office, and pay for the next year again and again and again.  Its ridiculous, that they try to save the world but at the same time turn a blind eye to the fact that all the pcs with anything less than windows 10 are going to a dump to rot, never being recycled into new metal or plastic.  That carbon footprint is killing this planet, and what ever happened to built to last?  Now they are just built too fast, built to crash, and all that material from the keyboards to the screens on these laptops that caused the planet to heat up significantly are just tossed in the trash from a owner who cannot seem to get it to work.  But it was so fast and running so perfect just last month, what happened???  Most of us know what is going on but for you blind sheep out there,,,,,,,,,go ahead and buy another windows 10 product and wait for the day it stops running fast, then just go buy another one,, they are made to allow the makers to automatically have something in place to cause the crash of your pc or laptop,,they go as far as having built in chips on the mother board that after so long or when the certain update is recommended and installed, causes your computer to run so slow that you dont have the patience to wait for it and break it by trying other ways to fix it or break it from frustration..  All logical design to sell more product, but it really is ILLOGICAL DESIGN, by the greedy elite and rich that run the world.  Population control is playing gods part and that is the number 1 no no.  There is someone who always has your number and no matter what you do you cannot escape the judgement by the almighty.  And your number will be pulled,,,and its 666.  The mark of the beast is upon you and your loved ones and the only way to neutralize your inevitable doomed future is to change your ways,,,you know who you are,, so if you care about your life and the future of your family and their existence, then CHANGE YOUR WAYS!!!!!!!!!!You've already got it all and i know you dont believe in the bible, so believe in KARMA- its always just out of your sight but its always seeing your and your actions.. Generousness and Kindness will offset the doom (bad karma) that is getting closer to your world and the time is near so steer onto the path of consideration and compassion, for the peons, and do what you have to do to thin out the herd but remember that for every computer you cause to get tossed out, that is another hour taken away from the future of your descendants of your kids, the change is not going to be felt or seen by your kids or grand kids,,, its their kids that are going to suffer most,,,,,so stop the major sins on  the major level and humble yourself go back to the minors..  Thx 4 reading this, i hope it changes your priorities...

WHAT THE ACTUAL FOOOOOOOK?! AT LEAST FRIKIN RESPECT THE AGREEMENT OF THAT 35-DAY DELAY!!!!!! TURNED OFF MY LAPTOP AND SURPRISE-SURPRISE - INSTALLING UPDATES, DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW EVEN YOUTUBE FREEZES EVERY 10SEC, NOT TO EVEN MENTION THE PROGRAMS I NEED FOR WORK!

You did kind of describe what happened with mine 3x. Update, reboot, and my laptop becomes so slow that this reply would've taken me about 10-15min to compile. And then swipe my drives clean and start a new again. If what you're saying is true, then what a fukcing circus!

Welp, it's too late now. I'll make sure to give it a shot if I find this thread in a few years when I can finally afford a new device. This one has been rendered completely useless by the last update. Not only have they made it so slow it takes almost 10 min for the browser to load, another 5 to get on e-mail and bout 15min to get to where I am right now. They've also corrupted necessary system files to reset PC, which was the only fix for me previously. The SFC fix thingy on command prompt unable to fix too

Super easy during corona.

How different is using LINUX or MAC OS TO A windows OS? And how expensive are systems with LINUX? Does LINUX work on regular PC's or is it like MAC as in needs to be a special device just for LINUX?

Seriously never want to have to deal with windows nor microsoft ever again
