Hi, how are You ?!
We are happy with your contact!
Please check this Option;
Method 1: Update drivers
Outdated or incompatible driver could be causing the issue. Check to see if an updated driver is available.
- Press Windows key + R to open the run command.
- Type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
- Right click on that particular driver and select Update Driver Software> Search automatically for updated driver software.
Method 2: Uninstall driverIf the previous steps didn’t work, try to uninstall the driver, and then restart your computer and have Windows automatically install the latest driver.
Check the Manufacturer's Driver to fix the problem.
If you still have above problem with Microsoft's genuine driver of "- 0096" then, try to use the driver of Renesas' one that "Renesas Electronics USB3.0 Host Controller" of Ver.2.1.39.0, in place of it.
The installer package can download from some website of PC / extension card vendors, please search yourself.
And after then, run the app "USB3.0 Host Controller Utility": installed with the driver, and set the check box "Unable USB3.0 Power Management" checked, then click "OK".
For Windows10 Pro 64Bit, above measures are effective and now I can use the USB3.0 ports stable.
