To remove those corrupted files, you need to run check disk on that drive . . .
Note down the drive letter of that USB drive
Click your Start Button, then just type cmd
From the resulting list, right click Command Prompt, then choose 'Run as Administrator'
Run this command, replacing X with that drive letter:
chkdsk X; /r
Wait for that command to complete, then close Command Prompt
Check that drive for a folder named Found.000 and if that exists, delete that folder . . .
