Thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. Checking online information, some users say that the file is malicious but some users say it is not.
Kindly try the steps below to see if you can remove the file:
- Click Windows icon > type command
2.Right-click on Command Prompt then select “Run as Administrator”
- Type the following command below in the Command Prompt window then press Enter
net stop aow_drv
- Let it run, you may see a "...service was stopped successfully. Close Command Prompt once it is done running.
5.Go to the location of the aow_drv File then delete it.
- Restart your computer and check.

Once installed please make a full scan. You may remove this Malwarebytes if you wish once you are done using it.
NOTE: You may also try running Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool or Malwarebytes while you are in Safe Mode. Make sure to install the Tool first then follow the steps on the link to start in Safe Mode.
