How can I reinstall Bluetooth drivers and adapters?

Go to: Start menu > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices

If your computer has a built-in Bluetooth adapter, or a USB Bluetooth adapter, you will see this control, which lets you enable or disable Bluetooth:

If you don't see the above control, it means your computer does not have a Bluetooth adapter, and you will have to buy one.

A Bluetooth adapter is also known as a Bluetooth dongle. The current generation of Bluetooth is Bluetooth 5, however Bluetooth 5 adapters are just now coming on to the market (in the U.S.) If you don't want to wait, you can get a Bluetooth 4 adapter.

If your computer does have a built-in Bluetooth adapter, or if you have a USB Bluetooth adapter, your Bluetooth device will appear in the list of devices lower on the page. Click on the device and choose Connect.

I believe I need to install a bluetooth driver. I had the lap top update to Windows 10 and since then I have not had a bluetooth facility.

I have the same problem. I tried to remove a device and all the sudden everything said I don't have bluetooth compatibility. Have you updated Windows lately? I tried that and instead of fixing the problem, now I can't see any Bluetooth drivers at all in the Device Manager (with hidden icons checked). I have an HP Omen 15 dc0051 nr. Downloaded the two bluetooth drivers on the HP website too, no dice. Just restarted my computer after downloading them and nothing has changed. I'm at a loss.
