Hi Intox. I'm Greg, eleven years awarded MVP, Volunteer Moderator, and Independent Advisor here to help you until this is resolved.
When you buy a PC it is covered briefly by the store's return policy, and then you must use the manufacturer's one year warranty, which requires under law that they fix or replace any problems during the first year. Many maker's allow you to extend it. They may also try to sell you up, but you do not need to do this to get basic service or replacement under warranty on the hardware.
So I would contact Razer Support here: https://support.razer.com/?_ga=2.232645215.1788... to open a case for those problems.
Sometimes track pads can be corrected by updating the manufacturer's drivers, which you can also find on their website by putting in your Serial or Model Number from the sticker on PC. While there check that you also have the latest chipset, BIOS, display, network, bluetooth, USB and all other drivers, compared to the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button.
Do let us know how it goes, as others here in the world's largest tech forums might be considering their products and may want to know how they support them.
I hope this helps. Based on what you report back I can answer any questions and may have other steps to perform. If you'll wait to rate whether my post resolved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
