64 bit versions of apps I want to install say something like "64bit windows is required" and "this version will not work on your computer. Please download the 32 bit version instead.". The messages are also blurry.

System Type: 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor

Windows Edition: Windows 10 Home

Are you sure you are running 64-bit Windows? It sounds like you are not. Just because you have a 64-bit processor does not mean you are running 64-bit Windows.

Hold down the Windows key and press Pause|Break. What does it say under "System Type"?

    Hello, JeremyGamboa

My name Is Alonso, I am an independent advisor.

To better help you, could you show me a screenshot of your PC in your computer options where it reflects that a 64-bit version of Windows is installed?

These errors are common in poorly optimized programs with which Windows does not have a very good compatibility, I suggest you enter this link and tell me what results the test offered by microsoft gives you
