Open start and search for Disk Managementand open it.

In the menu on the top you will see your partitions and below are your physical disks like Disk 0 and if you only see one Disk there, it means you have one Hard Drive.

Note this place will show external hard disk (if they are connected) too.

Hi, Zmnakohama I'm an independent advisor, and I'm here to help you.

Regarding your query, do the following:

    1. Press the windows + x keys
    2. Select Disk Management, if it asks for permissions, accept them or give it yes
    3. A window will open and there it shows you your storage devices. If you have several hard drives then you will get Disk 0, Disk 1, Disk 2. But if you only have one disk and several partitions you will get Disk 0 and on the right side a bar with the different partitions.

I hope it can be of help. At your service,

    Jesus C.
