If by BitLocker you mean a simple password blocking access into my computer, then yes. If it's a specific piece of software, then no.
Issue regarding "PXE-E53: No boot filename recieved"
So last week on Thursday my computer automatically updated. Unfortunately after the update windows decided to clean my hard drive or D: Drive (which isn't my main drive that would be my ssd or my C: Drive). After having drastic issues booting up twice, I did a quick scan of my drives and found out that my Hard Drive may be either close to failure, or has already failed. Over the weekend, I bought a new hard drive and I just got it yesterday and I just installed it. However whenever I boot up windows, I get the "PXE-E53: No boot filename recieved" error every single time. I checked my drives again with the quick scan + the long scan and they both passed (for reference the scan I did earlier was also a quick scan and it immediatly told me that my drive was having issues); so essentially I have no idea what to do. For reference I haven’t been able to get safe-mode activated (unsure if its due to my bios being encrypted or what?), My computer is a desktop PC, and I do have a windiws laptop to work off of as well. If someone can help me that would be great.

2020-11-12T00:27:50+00:00 Hey Pablo. Thanks for taking time out of you day to help me. Really appreciate it. Just an update. First off, cleriffication correction; the error I keep getting is "PXE-E53: No boot filename recieved" and not "no boot device found". Not sure if there's a difference between the two, but I thought it would help. Secondly, just gonna say I have both a windows laptop and a desktop PC (which is the one causing the problem). Just some information I thought would help as well. Thirdly, the safe-mode thing didn't work, as the error screen shows up regardless. I may try to use the usb solution (although I'm going to look into if I can use SD cards instead, as I don't think I have a free USB stick around my house, but SD cards a plenty).
Thanks as always.

My name is Pablo E, I am an Independent Advisor. I would love to help you today.
Try entering Safe Mode to repair Windows.
Force power off, press and hold the power switch for 20 seconds, then wait for ten and restart
If this does not work try the other way: you must interrupt the normal boot process three or more consecutive times: use the reset or power button on your Windows 10 PC to stop it during startup, before you finish loading Windows 10. Yes use the power button, you may have to hold it down for at least 5 seconds to force the power off
Then you proceed to repair the computer:
-Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.
-You should receive this message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
-On the next screen that appears, click Advanced options.
-Select Troubleshoot.
-Go to Advanced options.
-Click Start Repair.
-Wait for the repair to finish.
If after the previous steps you cannot recover Windows.
You can repair Windows download the ISO:
I recommend you borrow a PC to create a USB to repair Windows
