    Hi,

I'm Independent Advisor not Microsoft employee or support person. I have deep enough Windows knowledge and you may trust me. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

And carefully look at motherboard and PSU for leaked or swelled up capacitors (little barrels).

Hi Jan, thank you for replying.

I always make sure all of my drivers, windows, even BIOS are updated from Windows Update and Lenovo Vantage (I'm using Lenovo Legion 5). I've done all the advice except for boot in safe mode. The last time I did that, my laptop went to BSOD and I had to reinstall the windows again, so I'm not gonna do that part again.

I'm also keep getting this problem too,

My name is Jan, I’m an Independent Advisor.

I'll be happy to help you out today.

    Error: Event ID: 41

Description: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first.

1.Make sure your Windows is updated and with all its drivers. Download all pending updates from Windows updates as it will install all the drivers needed for your laptop to run properly.

2 . Perform a Clean Boot to disable unnecessary startup and services. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135...

    1. Try to Boot in safe mode. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue. Observing Windows in safe mode enables you to narrow down the source of a problem, and can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/sta...

This can also indicate a hardware problem that causes your PC to shut down or reboot.

    1. Disable overclocking. If you are overclocking set all settings to its default.

2 Perform a Memory test to detect if you have faulty memory or can be a bad memory slot.

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    1. Check the power supply. Verify that the power supply has enough wattage to appropriately handle the installed devices.
    2. Check for overheating. Examine the internal temperature of the hardware and check for any overheating components.
