Who in Microsoft thought this was a good feature to be permanently enabled in Windows 10?
And why is it that there's no global flag in Windows 10 to disable Media Volume Control Pop-Up for *ALL* apps?
Was this something that Microsoft surveyed and found that a majority of users *demanded* it, or was it something that the devs woke up one day and thought it was a good idea although nobody likes it or asked for it, and decided to ram it down our throats thereafter with no way of disabling it?
