sfc /scannow Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

I have a problem with bad image and i have seen that how to solve that is to do sfc /scannow in command prompt.

 Right now i am stuck in 84% and it says Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

Please help me and if you have another solution to solve the bad image please let me know

    I can't even reset my PC.

    It says There was a problem resetting my PC

    When I do the dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, its says

    Error: 1726

    The remote procedure call failed.

    The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

    I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

    Run this command first:

    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    Then, when that command completes, then run the SFC command again to see if it succeeds . . .

    I have tried to updating my laptop but it's keep undoing the changes and come back to this version
