device manager yellow exclamation mark

Hi when i turn on my device manager my display adapter has an exclamation mark i click on it so i have intel hd 4000 it has exclamation mark when i clcik on update driver it says i have latest drive and when i double click it it says working properly so what is the problem?

Hi alyannasir

There is no exclamation mark on your Intel HD 4000 device, that is the new icon for the Display Adapters in Windows 10, it depicts a screen and small graphics card, your driver is loaded correctly, many people mistake the graphics card for an exclamation mark . . .

It is strange if Windows 10 reports the device is working correctly and yet there is an exclamation mark on that drive

Click the link below to download the latest version of the driver offered by Intel for your Intel HD 4000 graphics, to see if that is accepted and if it will remove the exclamation mark form that in Device Manager:

    ah ok sorry for that and thanks btw there was an update for the driver on intel.com u shared its installing the new driver
