Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1139)

Edge Version 86.0.622.63 (Official build) (64-bit)

I go to a web site.  There is a link to an exe I want to download.  I right click on it and there isn't a download option.  If I left click on it it trys to have the web site run it.  How do I download it?

    Hello saberman,

This is Will C an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this. As you have mentioned, the executable file you are trying to download is being run instead and right click has no option to download it.

If I may ask, do you have an option of "Save link as" when you do a right on the link? If it does, give it a try and that way save the file under a *.exe extension.

Tell me how it goes. Have a great day!
