    Hi. SoraAsuka

My name is Gabriel S. I hope to help you today.

In Settings, select start> settings> devices> Bluetooth & other devices and Turn on Bluetooth.

    In the activity center.

The action center is located next to the time and date on the taskbar. On the taskbar, select action center (or), and then select Bluetooth to activate it. If disabled, it may appear as Not Connected.

If you don't see Bluetooth in the activity center, here's how you can do it:

Expand quick actions. On the taskbar, select action center (or)> Expand. The Bluetooth should appear here. It will show as Bluetooth or Not connected.

Add Bluetooth to the activity center. Select Start> Settings> Notifications> & Actions> Quick Actions. Go to Add or Remove Quick Actions and turn on Bluetooth.

You can also try, Locate the Bluetooth symbol on the Satellite desktop and double click. An applications' menu will open; When this happens, click on "Connections and Settings", then "Bluetooth Discovery Mode".

Click "Enable". This will turn on your Bluetooth connection.

Turn on the external Bluetooth device and enable the Bluetooth connection. Go to the start menu of your PC and locate the control panel.

Open the control panel and click on "Network and Internet". Here, click on "Select a Bluetooth-enabled device".

Click on the "My device is set up and ready to be found" option, then "Next". Find the name of your external Bluetooth device, select it, and click "Next".

Enter the password on the PC when prompted. Enter the same password on your device.

Right-click on the file on your computer that you want to transfer via Bluetooth to your cell phone.

Click "Send to", then "Bluetooth device". A Bluetooth Assistant will open. There, select your cell phone name and click "OK".

Click "Accept" on your phone to authorize the file transfer.

    Greetings…

In that case, enter the bluetooth option in the configuration and from there you can place it visibly in the bar if it allows you the option.

    From the Notification Center:

Go to your computer's taskbar and click the notifications icon next to the clock. Next, select the Bluetooth box to enable it. Instantly, it turns blue and the Bluetooth icon appears at the bottom.

To disable Bluetooth, click on the same box with the Bluetooth icon.

    From System Settings:

If the above method doesn't work for you, press [Windows + I] to open Windows Settings and select Devices.

Then, click on the Bluetooth switch and it will turn blue indicating that it is active.

To disable Bluetooth, you just need to press the switch again.
