    @Danylo Novohatskyi Thanks for posting in our Q&A. For this issue, if possible, please clarify what did you mean "the ability to change users to personal"?

    For desktop screen saver, it is suggested to try to configure the screen saver settings that you need in Configuration profiles > Templates > Administrative Templates > search "screen saver" in intune portal.

    intune applied the policy but in the system change pictures is blocked for the user

    How to enable the "Blank" screensaver which has no .scr file associated with it in the Windows/System32 folder?
    Also, how to enable the "on resume, display the log-on screen" ?
