If the scanner of the printer is working but the printer is not, then this might be an issue with the currently installed printer driver on your computer. Please check on the link below and follow the steps on how to fix printer problems:

Alternatively, you can download the latest printer driver on your Manufacturers website and install it manually on your computer to make sure that latest printer driver will be installed.
