Now, I'm hit with this problem today. I find no reason now to continue publishing Apps with Microsoft Store. There is no way the customers can return and refund an App. Then they keep asking me and I have no answer. Your store suport also has no answer.
When I asked your support, they say the customer has to follow up with Microsoft store. Who would go to all that trouble for a $5 App? Why isn't there an easy way to return and refund an App? What do I do now for the customer as developer?
Totally frustrated as an App publisher on Microsoft Store. I would like to complain about returning and refunding an App to your program manager for store. Can you please forward his email address?
