Thank you everyone  for your help

I gave it to a friend who works on laptops and that he said the bios had deleted to reset files. And can't be fixed.

When I got it back of him the screen had been cracked in 4 places so best place for it now is bin.

Hi, if you reset bios you need to change two settings in bios - North Bridge.

Panel type and display from memory.

Let me know if you can't find I'll let you know the exact settings.

You will obviously need connect to external monitor to see screen via micro hdmi to hdmi cable

If it's within a year of purchase I'd contact their Support now to get it sent in for repairs, which are covered under warranty during the first year by law.

Since it has a USB 2 port have you tried to boot Windows media to see if that will show up, following the steps I wrote out for you above? If not then it's a display issue or dead motherboard and will need to be factory repaired.

HI Andrea. I'm Greg, an eleven years awarded MVP, Volunteer Moderator, and Independent Advisor here to help you until this is resolved.

Does it show anything on the screen at all when fully charged and you power it on?

If so Create Windows 10 Installation Media on another PC by installing Media Creation Tool, open the tool, follow the directions in the middle of the download page here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m.... Uncheck the box for Recommended Settings to choose the exact version and 32 bit rate which is what that tablet runs according to it's specs here:

    http://support.linxtablets.com/Products/Linx12v32/

Insert media, boot it by powering up PC while pressing the F7 BIOS Boot Menu Key: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutor...

If the media won't boot you may need to enter BIOS/UEFI Setup via the ESC key to turn off Fast Boot or Fast Startup first.

Choose the boot device as a UEFI device if offered, on second screen choose Repair Your Computer, then Troubleshoot Options to try a Reset.

If that fails choose Install Now, then Custom Install, then at the drive selection screen delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, click Next to let it create needed partitions and start install - this makes it foolproof.

Everything needed to get the best possible Clean Install is here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki.... It is a better install than any amount of money can buy and a great learning experience that will make you the master of your PC because you will learn what works best and how to apply it with your own hands.

If you have files that aren't backed up you can use the same bootable media to try to rescue your files using these methods: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to choose if I solved your problem, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
