    Hi AshwiniBhavsar,

Good day! This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Let's try these steps on how to resolve the issue.

Note: Check if your computer's time and date is correct. If not, set it properly according to your location.

    Clear Microsoft Store cache:

    1. Go to Search, type WSReset.exe and run it as administrator by right-clicking it and choosing Run as administrator.
    2. After the process completes, see if you can access store.

    Re-register Microsoft Store:

    1. Go to search, type powershell, run Powershell as administrator
    2. Paste this command:

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml"}

    1. Press Enter
    2. Try accessing MS Store again

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!

    Hi AshwiniBhavsar,

Thank you for the update. I'm sorry that didn't work. Let us try to configure your computer's DNS to see if it resolves the issue.

    Here's how:

    1. Go to search, type network. Open View Network connections
    2. If you are connected to whether Wi-Fi or Ethernet, right click on the adapter and select Properties.
    3. On the Properties Box, look for Ipv4, select it and click the Properties button.
    4. Select use the following DNS server addresses:

    Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8

    Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

    1. Give MS store a try again.
    2. If you also have pending Windows Updates, might as well perform the update to see if it fixes the store issue.

Let me know how it goes.
