Gamepass ultimate not showing in xbox app

It has been over 12 hours now since I purchased gamepass ultimate and It refuses to show up I believe it has something to do with the fact that when i check subscriptions through the app it says "we encountered an error and your subscriptions failed to load", but I'm not sure I've checked this site and tried everything i could. I can download through the Microsoft store itself but I should be able to download through the box app right?

    To download these games from Game Pass on PC, you need to go through the MS store. They will not work when going through the app as it is different.

    You can try resetting the app to check if the game pass appears.

    1. Open the Start Menu and search for System > Go to Apps & Features.
    2. Locate the App and click it.
    3. Click the Advanced Options.
    4. Click Reset button to reset the app settings.
    5. Restart and check if the issue persist.

    Also, you can try uninstalling the app and installing it again to check if the game pass appears.

    Yes it appears under my services and I've tried resaetting the app,

    this confuses me as the xbox app is literally for  gamepass, it has an entire gamepass section and store section for gamepass games.

    Check if your Windows is up to date, follow the steps below:

    Go to Start> Settings> Update & Security> Windows Update and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.

    You can try changing the region and restarting the app and checking if that helps.

    Actually there is an app for it, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate app, you can try to install it and check if the problem persists there.

    Also, you can try using the Xbox beta app.

    the Xbox beta app isn't in beta anymore, that's the Xbox app I've referenced in every response.
