I am trying to find IntelliPoint on my computer and I couldn't find it so I searched up on how to download it and I downloaded it but when I opened it says that the software is already downloaded on my computer and when I try to locate it doesn't say i have it installed. so I'm trying to find out how to locate and delete so I can use the new one I just downloaded.

    Here are some steps that you can do to solve the problem:

    Which build of Windows are you using?

    1-Press Win+r

    2-type winver then click on OK

    To update for the latest version 20H2, you can download the update assistant on this link.

    Check if doesn't any corrupt file on the windows.

    1-Press Start>Windows System> Command Prompt right-click run as admin and type these commands.

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth [Enter]

    sfc /scannow [Enter]

    i am on the latest version so 20H2. I do not have command prompt but i do have window power shell will that work?
