    what is syncing?

Syncing means that changes you make in one device are automatically reflected in every other device.

Example: You make changes to a Word document on your laptop, and you see exactly the same changes when you open that file on your desktop, tablet, mobile phone, etc. Or you send an email from your phone, and you'll see that email in the Sent folder on all your other devices.
