In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:
- What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winverin Windows search/Run command)
- What is the make and model of the PC?
- Did you try and check the speed while download videos or other content?
- What is the downloading speed of the Internet?
- Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
Meanwhile, let us try few steps.
Step 1: Run the Network Troubleshooter
Select the Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and then from the list select Internet Connection & Network Adapter > Run the troubleshooter.
Step 2: Check DNS Settings
· Click on Search, type CMD, Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
· In the Command Prompt window, typeipconfig /flushdns
· Press Enter.
I would also suggest you to change the DNS and check if webpages load.
1. Press Windows logo key + R, to open Run dialog box.
2. Type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.
3. Now, right click on the connection that you are using and click on Properties.
4. Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
5. Click on Use the following DNS server addresses, and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Step 3: Remove Proxy server.
1. Press Windows + R key to open Run command
2. Type inetcpl.cpl and click OK
3. Now select Connection Tab.
4. Click on LAN Settings and uncheck the box beside “Use a proxy server for your LAN”
Step 5: Reinstall the driver
1. Press Windows + X key and select Device Manager from the context menu.
2. Spot and expand the “Network Adapters”.
3. Right click on the driver from the list and select “Uninstall devices”
4. Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device”
5. Restart the PC and install****the Network driver from the manufacturer website.
