Hey. I just knew what was making this error. The Microsoft Text Input was actually the process called Microsoft.Client.CBS. That's what i should have stopped to complete the installation.
Thanks for helping btw.

So I wanna install the Visual C++ 2015 Runtime but i can't because of this error
App installation failed with error message: error 0x80073D02: Unable to install because the following apps need to be closed MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_120.2212.551.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy. (0x80073d02)
I tried to search for the CBS Client on the task manager to stop it but i can't find it.

I don't have the 2017 version installed and it's not a compatibility bug. I just wanna know how to stop the Process which is not letting me install the runtime.
Btw, I'm installing this via an appx file
Hi Shivam
I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .
This may be caused by a known compatibility bug, if you already have the Visual C++ 2017 version installed, uninstall that, then restart (not shut down) your PC, then install the 2015 version and finally, re-install the 2017 version
But it seems that the app isn't getting installed due to some unknown bugs. I've also tried the steps that you've given to fix the compatibility bug. But still, it's the same
Hi Shivam
That 'w5n1h2txyewy' process resolves to the new Settings App in Windows (Immersive Control Panel) is that open or running in the background?
