HP Printer Driver Problem

Downloaded the printer driver for HP LaserJet Pro 400 series, M451dn.  Attempted to install, restarted, unplugged, restarted again and continue to get the fatal error message unable to install.  Works fine on other computers without Windows 10 Pro.

    I attempted the HP fix suggested.  Contacted HP and they infomed me it is an issue with Windows. The message stated fatal error, installtion taking too long. Windows 10 Pro build 19042.685

    For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below:

    1.     Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?

    2.     What is the complete error message you receive?

    I would suggest you to refer the article HP Printer Diagnostic Tools – Automated fix for printing & scanning problems and see if that helps.
