If they are keygens then they fall into the category of PUP/PUA (potentially unwanted program/application) and many anti-viruses will flag them. If you wish to proceed with using them, then you'll have to allow them in whatever antivirus you are using.

Do you use Windows Security (Defender) on your PC, or do you use a 3rd party Anti-virus?

Where are those files located on your PC that are being flagged as malware?

Are you completely sure the files are virus free and if so, have you tried adding those files or their parent folder to the exclusion list in Defender, so those files are not scanned and flagged?
