Hey cortana and cortana option is missing in setting

I am using windows 10 home... In this windows i dont see hey cortana activation and cortana option in setting.. Is this any problem in update or not available in windows 10 home?

    Hold on!

    Let me get this straight!

    The user specifically comes in and says I AM MISSING CORTANA AND MISSING THE CORTANA OPTIONS IN THE SETTING.

    This means the user cannot get into Cortana.

    Your reply is "Hey I am a Windows 10 expert" Open Cortana?!

    What the hell kind of answer is that?!

    Your attention to detail needs a LOT of work if that is your answer.

    By the way, I have the same issue and don't date tell me to open Cortana because it is MISSING! NOT THERE, GONE. DOESN'T EXIST.  NO OPTION ON A RIGHT CLICK ON THE TASKBAR. ONLY OPTION IN SETTINGS IS CORTANA LANGUAGE. ALREADY TRIED TO REINSTALL WITH POWERSHELL, RAN SFC AND DISM.

    I just discovered something while trying to set up my computer.  I too could not find the control for Cortana listed on every site for activating Cortana.  On the task bar at the bottom of the screen, you should see the search bar.  Next to that is a circle, then some other icons.  The circle is your link to Cortana.  That should help get you started.

    I'm Paul, an Independent Advisor and a Windows 10 expert. I hope I can help you with your concern.

    There are many changes made in Cortana in the Windows 10 version 2004.

    But you can still manage to Activate Cortana with the wake word, "Cortana".

    Make sure to allow Cortana to use Voice Activation.

    Open Cortana => click the 3 dots on the top-left => click Settings +=> click Voice Activation => click "Voice Activation permissions" => turn-on all required permissions.
