Could you please try turning off the User account Control settings. and verify if it will provide you access (it can be perform in the Control panel or in the Registry).
In Control Panel:
- Type UAC in the search field on your taskbar.
- Click Change User Account Control settings in the search results.
- drag the slider down to Never notify and click OK.
- Reboot your computer for the change to take effect.
In Regedit:
- Type REGEDIT in the search field on your taskbar.
- Click REGEDIT in the search results.
- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
- Select System.
- Find and doubleclick EnableLUA
- Change its Value data to 0
- click ok.
- Reboot your computer for the change to take effect.
