Can I Download Windows 7 ISO for OEM Product

I had a Windows 7 Ultimate PC which had an OEM licence in it. The PC is 10 years old and I don't know who is its manufacturer. Last July a Ransomware infected it and encrypted my files. I was not able to use it and I decided to reinstall the OS but my PC manufacturer has not given me any Windows 7 ISO or Recovery media. I was not able to download the ISO from the Microsoft Software Download Page either because its support has ended or my key is an OEM one. But I heard that Microsoft is still allowing licensed windows 7 & 8 users to upgrade to Windows 10 for free. So I Downloaded Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and created a Installation Media to upgrade my PC. Unfortunately instead of upgrading from the OS I booted from the Installation Media and did a custom install deleting all the partitions believing that my OEM license will activate Windows 10 if i leaved the it blank during installation and entered it after it was installed from the settings. But it does not work. Few days back I tried using Heidoc to download the ISO but while selecting Windows 7 any Edition it shows "Product ID(some number) is not supported". I need to download Windows 7 ISO for OEM to retrieve my licence and upgrade to windows 10 with a genuine licence. Please help me If there is a way I can download it or any other method to retrieve my key.

Microsoft does not supply Windows 7 ISO downloads for OEM preinstalled operating system Product Keys for Dell, HP, etc. machines

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

    Heidoc should work.

You have to choose the correct edition, which will be on the COA sticker on your computer.

    Read below about it.

You can borrow the exact same edition of Windows 7 Retail DVD and use your Product Key on the COA sticker to reinstall the operating system.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

Or you can use this for preinstalled OEM or Retail Licenses. This is on a first come, first served monthly basis.

Download the correct ISO file and make your own disk and use the Product Key that is on the COA Sticker.

    Download: Windows ISO Downloader.exe

And here are instructions on how to burn ISO images to disk:

You change the Boot Order in the BIOS to be able to boot from your installation media:

    Then do a clean install:

The COA sticker is either on the underside of the Laptop or in the Battery Compartment.

With a Desktop it is either on the side, rear or top of the Computer Case.

Using the downloaded ISO file Method may require phone Activation.

The above method also will require you to go to your Computer Manufacturer's website > Support and Downloads Section > locate your Model Number and Operating System > then download and install the latest Drivers for it.
