Method 1:
Step 1: Stop Print Spooler Service**.**
1. Press the **Windows logo key** + **R**.
2. In the **Run** dialog box, type **services.msc**, and then select
OK. 3. Right-click on Print Spooler service, select Properties, select Stop.
After the Print spooler service is stopped, try and re-enable Print to PDF. After enabling Print to PDF, restart the print spooler service.
Step 2: Start Print Spooler Service**.**

OK. 3. Right-click on Print Spooler service, select Properties, select Start.
Method 2: Performing an in-place upgrade.
