powercfg /batteryreport doesn't report in detail

I usually check my battery health using powershell and this time i check it, usage history, battery capacity history and life estimation are blank. I don't know why but i think it's because i installed something like batterylimiter/throttlestop? Or perhaps because i reset my pc to clean it?

Note: Battery condition is new

other detail is listed though except those 3 since i reset the pc

TIA

    Good Day NicolasHry,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

When did you reset your device? Did you reset it just now? if not, proceed the steps below.

Here's the steps you can try.

    1. Go to Control Panel.
    2. Under Region, click Change date, time, or number formats.
    3. Click the drop-down arrow under Format: and select English (United States) and Apply and restart.
    4. Run powercfg /batteryreport again and check if the missing values have been added.

If issue persist, perform Repair Upgrade , this will re-install the Windows without affecting your files and apps, it will repair and replace any corrupted system files.

Step 1: Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

    Step 2: Run MediaCreationTool.exe.

Step 3: Choose "Upgrade this PC now".

Step 4: Select "Keep personal files and apps".

    Step 4: Let it install

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    With Warm Regards,

    Carlo T.
