Hi Vincent. I'm Greg, awarded MVP for eleven years, Volunteer Moderator, and Independent Advisor here to help you until this is resolved.

Briefcase has been completely replaced by services like Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive and Offline Files. Like the Windows Briefcase, these services synchronize copies of your files between your computers.

More here to understand all replacement options available:

Yes, you can Share files you store in OneDrive with permissions to Edit assigned at the time you Share them.

    Share files with OneDrive:

This was very useful information. I am actually trying to teach myself Access for database developing. I am at the stage where I am trying to learn how to use a Design Master to create database replicas for distribution to other people. However, there are certain commands that I don't see in Access 2010 such as a Replica Command and Synchronize and resolveĀ  conflicts via the Conflict Resolution Wizard and the replication Manager. Are these functions available in MS Access 2010 or greater? I understand that the Briefcase function is obsolete. But, will storing a copy of my Master database on the cloud serve my purpose. Usually, the replicas are edited by the user and returned to me to be synchronized and conflicts resolved. Then, the replicas would be returned to the user. I guess what I am asking is, can replicas be created in the cloud?
