Hi.

So, teams has launched a new app called test portal. They say students can't cheat if we teachers choose the 'Honest respondent' feature, because it supervises the browser activity. But what about the photos, pdf, files and folders on desktop. What if they click pictures of the chapter and store them on their desktop. Will they be able to cheat in that way or if they cheat will we get to know?

Charvi, for not knowing exactly which application this is (I believe it is a third party application), after reading your explanation I believe so.

    I await news.

So, you say if students click pictures of their chapters and save them as images in files and folders on desktop as icons, then they will be able to cheat and won't be caught right?

    Thanks for the information Charvi.

Please let me know if this would be a third party application?

If so, this information will need to be confirmed with the manufacturer.

By his explanation, it shows that only the browser is monitored to prevent fraud, but if students really save local applications, I believe that they can be checked and used yes.

    I await news.
