Hello LarryWilson6, I will be happy to help you solve this problem.

    1. Use other USB ports.
    2. Revert the drivers by uninstalling the driver from Device Manager and restart your PC.
    3. Contact the device manufacturer for further assistance.

Also try this, it may work:

    Right-click on the Start button

    • Device management: look under Network and USB adapters (as needed); if it appears, click on the device and then on the Drivers tab
    • Update the drivers.

Home - Settings - Update & Security - Troubleshooting - "Bluetooth" and "Hardware and Devices" troubleshooters.

    Windows update

Update the drivers so that you can download and update the driver for your Insignia Bluetooth adapter through Windows.

Connect your Bluetooth adapter to your computer,

On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.

    Type devmgmt.msc and click OK.

Double-click Bluetooth to expand the category, then right-click your Bluetooth adapter to select Update Driver.

Click Search Automatically for updated driver software.

Follow the instructions on the screen to finish the update.

So your Insignia Bluetooth driver should have been updated to the latest version.

I hope I can help you.
