Using Microsoft Keyboard center, how do I reassign the 0 key on the Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard numberpad to spacebar?

I simply want to remap the 0/insert key on the  separate numberpad to spacebar, making it a very useful controller for the Imaginary Teleprompter program.  All I find are options to run macro commands.  Thank you for your help.

Any idea why I can't remap any keys in MS Mouse & Keyboard Center?  I'm running Windows 10 and using an MS Sculpt keyboard and just updated to the latest version of Mouse & Keyboard Center.  It lists Play/Pause, Caps lock, Scroll Lock, Num Lock and the Application Key, but the only options are to enable or disable them.

As far as I can tell, the Microsoft app is much, much less functional than the one I chose from your recommended list.  The Msoft app only allow reassignment of a few keys, and only one on the number pad.

We can be pleased that Msoft isn't undercutting independent programmers!

Nolaknfe, I am really sorry, I missed the information that you are using a Microsoft Keyboard, in this case you can also download the Microsoft mouse and keyboard center App:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/mou...

After downloading and installing it, do the following:

    • Using the keyboard that you want to configure, start Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center.
    • From the displayed list of key names, select the key you want to reassign.
    • In the command list of the key that you want to reassign, select a command.

Thank you and please let me know if I can help you any further.

Thank you for responding so quickly, Felipe.  You've provided us with a good set of options.  Still,  I'm surprised Keyboard Center isn't able to pull that off.

Key Tweak did the job.  Thanks again.

I'll be happy to help you.

I believe that the best way to do that is using a third-party App.

Take a look at this article talking about SharpKeys (Free App) and other ones, I hope it can be helpful:
