Here's the steps you can try.
Run the automated troubleshooter.
-Right click on the wifi icon at the bottom right side of your screen and hit Troubleshoot problems.
-Wait until its done.
Once done proceed with these steps.
-Press Windows key + X
-Click Device Manager
-Expand the Network Adapter
-Right click on the Wireless driver that was installed and hit Update.
-Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator
-Copy each of the commands below and hit enter.
netsh int ip reset
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig / flushdns
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
Forget the Netwok
-Press Windows key + X
-Click Settings
-Look for Network and internet
-Click Wifi then Manage Known Network
-Select your Wifi Name and hit Forget Network.
Restart then try to reconnect using the Wifi password.
I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.
