    I'm Kevin B. Independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience that you experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

    That would depend on how you usually accessing your email. Are you using a mail client like outlook application or are you accessing your email using thru a browser using Microsoft Edge?

    To attach a screenshot to an email, you need to save the screenshot somewhere on your computer, preferably the desktop of your computer so you can easily find it when attaching it on your email. Once saved, you can now attached it as an attachment on your email. If you're using a browser, when you compose an email thru webmail, there should be a small PIN like icon somewhere in the new email options that you can click on to attach the screenshot.
