I  forgot my password  how do I find it  ??

    Hello Jim, 

    The tutorial below can show you how to reset the password of an account in Windows 10 if that is what you are referring to.

    Option 4 or 5 is good for when you are unable to sign in to the account or have another administrator account to sign in to change the passwords.

    Hi Jim McDonald9999 ,

    for any model of router in use, connect to it via a network cable or another device, type in the browser the IP address of the router (usually shown under the router itself), log in with username and password , go to the Wireless Settings page and change the wi-fi password. Save the changes and restart the router. Then reconnect, correctly re-entering the new wi-fi password you just set.

    You will be able to change your Wi-Fi password by signing in to the wireless device (ex: router), and change your password in the settings. The exact steps on how to do this will depend on the brand and model of the wireless router.
