Can't connect to online lobby in Forza Horizon 4 PC

Hi all,

I have been trying all week to fix my Forza Horizon 4, I cant play anything online but all my other games work great. I just get the "Finding Horizon Life" message for ages then eventually an error saying that it could not connect to the server. 

I have scoured Youtube and various forums but nothing works.

I have looked into the teredo adapter but it does not appear in device manager with hidden devices on and its also not in the legacy hardware.

However I think it is working because of what I found in Command Prompt:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>netsh interface teredo show state

I went into the Xbox software and it says that my NAT Type is open as it should be and there is no Teredo error, but it says that the server connectivity is blocked. I have already exhausted all of the troubleshooting steps on the Xbox page so I was hoping you guys could help!
