Help me, endless "your pc did not start correctly" loop

This afternoon I was playing on my laptop when suddenly it shuted down out of nowhere, I restarted it and it showed "your pc did not start correctly", I tried restarting it countless times and just comes back to this, and I've been stuck since then in a endless loop of restarting my pc. I've seen a ton of videos and tried many different things like restarting my pc and enter with safe mode, and going to the bios and changing something and then restarting, but none of them worked. There are some other things I could try that require my account password like entering the command prompt , but I can't because I don't know why but my password gets rejected even though it is correct.

If somebody could help me with this thx.

    Try using SFC.

Press the Start key and type the word CMD, right click on the command prompt and select Run as administrator, enter the following commands one by one followed by the Enter key:

    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    • DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
    • sfc /scannow

Here is the correct way to use the commands.

    Hi, Ruben17007

My name is Pablo E, I am an Independent Advisor. I would love to help you today.

Try entering Safe Mode to repair Windows.

Force power off, press and hold the power switch for 20 seconds, then wait for ten and restart

If this does not work try the other way: you must interrupt the normal boot process three or more consecutive times: use the reset or power button on your Windows 10 PC to stop it during startup, before you finish loading Windows 10. Yes use the power button, you may have to hold it down for at least 5 seconds to force the power off

Then you proceed to repair the computer:

-Turn on your computer for the third time, and let it load.

-You should receive this message: Preparing Automatic Repair.

-On the next screen that appears, click Advanced options.

    -Select Troubleshoot.

    -Go to Advanced options.

    -Click Start Repair.

-Wait for the repair to finish.

If after the previous steps you cannot recover Windows.

You can repair Windows download the ISO:

I recommend you borrow a PC to create a USB to repair Windows

Microsoft Official Website to download and create Windows 10:
